    Fractional leadership engagements start at a minimum of 3 months. We offer:

    - Weekly or bi-weekly leadership hours

    - Slack access for ongoing support

    - Regular check-ins + reporting

    - Add-ons for project-based work (system overhauls, hiring, re-orgs, etc.)

    Pricing is monthly and scoped based on hours, team size, and goals.
