    Any existing tools, systems, team dynamics, or spaghetti-like org charts we should know about

    From there, we build a custom Action Plan tailored to your business—complete with recommendations, priorities, and realistic timelines. No jargon. No filler. Just a path forward.

  • How it works

    We offer consulting as a standalone engagement or as part of a larger partnership. Here's the usual flow:

    Discovery Session – 60–90 mins

    Conversations with Key Team Members - up to 3

    Assessment + Action Plan – delivered within 2 weeks

    Implementation Support – optional add-on if you want help getting it done (spoiler: we’re really good at this part)

    We charge a flat fee for the Discovery + Action Plan, and custom quotes for any follow-on work.
